First positive response within 2 to 3 weeks of AlignForEase exercises was almost total reduction
in uncomfortably active trigger points in the right buttock.
It was followed by reduction of extreme tension and burning sensation
in right scapular area and weakness and soreness in right shoulder.
This problem in scapular area still recurs from time to time but is much less severe.
Quadratus tightness increased during some weeks and I am working on that.
The dysfunction seems to be related to my upper back to.
I am more steadily on my feet.
I removed my orthotics about 6 weeks into the program
and am sure footed without them.
I feel that I am in a postural transitional stage,
working through dealing with compensation and rearrangements.
